Handmade Products

Each Clay du Jour piece is handmade, which means that often there will be small variations in size, colour and texture. Although these differences are small, please keep in mind when ordering that although the product images are as accurate as possible, the piece you receive may not look exactly the same as the picture. We hope you’ll embrace the uniqueness of each Clay du Jour piece.

Shipping

For all orders that have been placed with a shipping method other than local collection, your order will be packed carefully and sent via Australia Post within 3-5 working days of order receipt. You’ll receive a shipping notification once your order is sent out which will include a parcel tracking number if one is present.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

As an independent artist, I try to ensure everyone is happy with what they order and hope that you’re as happy with your order as I was making them.

Sometimes we change our minds, but unfortunately, unless your order has been damaged in transit, I can’t at this point in time process returns or exchanges.
